Wedding Photoz — by Lens Ninja
I am a photo artist, and I take on weddings because I genuinely enjoy documenting the wedding atmosphere in a real and creative way. I only accept one wedding per month so I can give each one my full attention and keep the experience personal, calm, and intentional.
Mutual respect, clear communication, and a healthy working environment matter to me just as much as the photos themselves. If you want someone grounded, collaborative, and fully invested in the experience, we will likely be a great fit.
If you tend to boss people around, pressure them, or treat them poorly, I am not the right fit for you. Please move on and find someone whose process fits you better.
Step 1 — Quick quote form. Choose your coverage and get a starting estimate.
Step 2 — Detailed coverage planner. We work through the specifics of your day.
Step 3 — Booking, Agreement, and Final Confirmation. Everything finalized clearly.
We can communicate directly after any step before moving ahead.
Wedding day coverage starts at $500 for ceremony only. Build from there.
The basics first.
Build your coverage around what matters most to you.
This helps us point you to the right section of the form.
Most weddings are made up of three main parts: Ceremony Coverage, Couple Portrait Coverage, and Reception Highlight Coverage.
You can choose to have one, two, or all three documented. There are additional coverage add-ons available. Pricing is based on how many sections you select.
Ceremonies have meaningful moments happening at the same time in different directions — like the groom's reaction during the aisle walk, the bride's reactions during vows, and guest reactions. With one lead shooter, I can only be in one place facing one direction at a time, so some angles and reactions may not be captured with one shooter.
Core ceremony coverage is designed for the ceremony itself (from processional through immediate post ceremony reactions) and is typically best suited for ceremonies within a standard timeframe (about 60 minutes or less). If your ceremony includes extended traditions, multiple parts, or a longer timeline, additional coverage may be recommended.
Many couples add a 2nd shooter to capture additional angles, both of your reactions, and guest atmosphere without gaps.
This section is only about the two of you. It is designed to feel calm, simple, and not rushed.
One lead shooter covering key reception moments, candids, guest interactions, and general atmosphere.
I will focus on the most meaningful moments, candids, and overall vibe within your 4 hour coverage window. If important events happen after that window ends, extended reception coverage can be added. Coverage is based on the scheduled timeline and selected start time, not on whether all reception events have occurred by the end of the coverage window.
Add only what matters to you. If you're not sure yet, skip it.
Starting estimate based on your selections.
This is a starting estimate. Final pricing may change once details such as location, timeline, travel, parking, permits, second shooter availability, and other wedding day logistics are confirmed. If you do not know certain details yet, that is completely fine.

Review your coverage, read the agreement, and secure your date with a 10% deposit.
This agreement is between Lens Ninja (Ken Stumpmier, Visual Storyteller) and the Client named below. By signing this agreement and submitting the deposit, both parties agree to the following terms.
The coverage, add-ons, and pricing selected through the Lens Ninja Wedding Quote Builder are the agreed-upon services for this wedding. Any changes to coverage after booking must be discussed and agreed upon by both parties. Additional coverage beyond what is selected may result in additional fees.
A 10% non-refundable deposit of the total quoted price is required to secure your wedding date. This deposit may be paid via Venmo or Zelle. The remaining balance is due in full on the day of the wedding, payable in cash only. Your date is not held until the deposit is received.
If the Client cancels for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable. If the wedding is rescheduled, the deposit may be transferred to the new date at Lens Ninja's discretion, subject to availability.
In the unlikely event that Lens Ninja is unable to fulfill this agreement due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, Lens Ninja will make every reasonable effort to find a qualified replacement photographer. If no replacement can be arranged, the full deposit will be refunded. Lens Ninja's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.
Edited photos will be delivered digitally within a timeframe discussed after booking, typically 4 to 8 weeks depending on the scope of coverage. The exact number of final edited images is not guaranteed, as it depends on the coverage selected, the length of the event, and the moments that occur.
Lens Ninja retains the right to use images from the wedding for portfolio, social media, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Client receives a personal use license for all delivered images. Images may not be submitted to contests or publications without Lens Ninja's written permission.
All images are edited at Lens Ninja's creative discretion. Editing preferences selected in the detail planner will be taken into consideration. Re-editing requests beyond the agreed style are not included and may incur additional fees.
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, pandemic restrictions, or other unforeseeable events.
A respectful, collaborative working environment is expected from all parties. Lens Ninja reserves the right to end coverage if the photographer is subjected to abusive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior at any point during the event. In such cases, no refund will be issued for coverage already provided.
Lens Ninja's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client. Lens Ninja is not responsible for missed moments due to timeline changes, guest interference, venue restrictions, or circumstances outside the photographer's control.
